Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole sits at the base of Rendezvous Mountain in Teton Village, with ski-in/ski-out access, fireplaces in its private residences and a heated outdoor pool for afternoons off the slopes. With the first snowfall already dusting the Tetons, the resort has announced two rental offers for winter 2026–27: complimentary equipment on arrival day for registered guests, and complimentary children’s rentals for spring stays booked ahead.
The arrival benefit complements a destination-wide promotion offering eligible air passengers an afternoon lift ticket at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Together, they could make skiing on the day you land a practical option, provided your flight timing, travel dates and mountain availability align.
Families have a separate deadline to consider: book by 31 December 2026 to qualify for the children’s spring rental programme. The mountain’s winter season is scheduled to begin on 27 November.

Ski on the afternoon you arrive
Visit Jackson Hole’s destination promotion offers travellers flying into Jackson Hole Airport a complimentary same-day, half-day lift ticket at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Four Seasons says its registered guests will also receive complimentary arrival-day ski or snowboard rentals, extending the benefit to equipment.
Guests can change in the resort’s spa locker facilities and leave luggage with Guest Services before heading onto the mountain. That makes the arrangement useful before settling into a room, although the afternoon-only ticket means flight timing matters.
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s arrival-day ticket conditions require a same-day boarding pass to be presented at the lift ticket office, with one ticket available per boarding pass. The promotion runs from 27 November 2026 through closing day, subject to capacity, and is unavailable when the mountain sells out.
Blackout dates cover 19 December 2026–2 January 2027, 15–18 January and 13–20 February. Anyone planning a Christmas or New Year stay should therefore arrange their lift access separately rather than count on the complimentary ticket.
Book ahead for children’s spring rentals
Four Seasons’ spring offer provides complimentary ski and snowboard rentals for children aged 12 and under from 20 March 2027 through the end of the ski season in April. Reservations must be made by 31 December 2026.
The benefit is particularly useful for families travelling with several young skiers, allowing them to collect equipment at the resort rather than bring it with them. Lift access and instruction remain separate parts of the holiday to arrange.
Beginners have designated learning terrain and gentle groomed runs at Jackson Hole, including Eagle’s Rest, Pooh Bear and Lower Teewinot. The resort’s earlier festive announcement also highlights Family Zones, where the resort encourages guests to ski and ride at a slower, more controlled pace, and Kids Ranch instruction starting at age three.
Kids Ranch is less than a five-minute walk from the hotel’s slope-side exit, a helpful detail when the morning involves both equipment and children’s lessons.
Slope-side service, with time for fitting
The hotel’s Ski Concierge operates on the second floor, slope-side, from 8am to 5.30pm in winter. Its services include rentals, equipment tuning, ski valet service, storage and boot fittings in guests’ rooms, with skis selected for different abilities and snow conditions.
Equipment and fittings cannot be reserved in advance: the team selects them according to fit and conditions. Four Seasons identifies 8.30–10am and 2.30–4pm as the busiest fitting periods, something to account for when planning a first afternoon on snow.
Staff can store and dry boots overnight, including guests’ own pairs, and place equipment slope-side ready for the following day. Private instructors meet guests outside the resort; group lessons meet at designated locations at Kids Ranch or Solitude Station.
Residences with space to stay in
The resort’s 32 residences range from two to five bedrooms, giving families and groups of friends separate spaces to sleep, relax and spend time together, just steps from the slopes.
Four Seasons’ accommodation collection includes residences with kitchens, furnished terraces, gas fireplaces and separate relaxing and entertaining areas. They also come with access to resort amenities and support from a dedicated ambassador. A kitchen makes eating in an option, while the fireplace provides a comfortable setting for an evening together after skiing.
Guest rooms include seating areas and furnished private balconies; some also have gas-stone fireplaces. Interiors combine understated colours with accents of leather, wood and stone. Suites add separate living space and marble bathrooms, providing another option for travellers who want more room without a multi-bedroom residence.
Warm pools and winter outings
Four Seasons lists a heated outdoor pool and three heated spa tubs among its winter comforts. Towels and robes are kept in heated boxes, and complimentary hot chocolate and s’mores are available at the pool in winter. The spa has 16 treatment rooms, while the fitness programme includes complimentary yoga.
The resort’s winter activities also give non-skiers, and families taking a day off, several ways to explore. An hour-long horse-drawn sleigh ride at the National Elk Refuge brings a different pace to the trip. Teton Village’s outdoor skating is listed as opening daily from mid-December, with skate rental, hot cocoa and cookies available on-site.
Guided snowshoeing and dog sledding along the Continental Divide offer further options. Helmets, snowsuits, boots and gloves are provided on snowmobile trips to Granite Hot Springs.
Back at the hotel, Ascent Lounge serves Pan-Asian-inspired sharing plates beside a wood-burning fireplace or on a heated patio. The Handle Bar offers an American pub and beer-hall setting for lunch, while First Chair Grab & Go supplies locally roasted coffee, pastries, sandwiches and mountain provisions.
December dates for the diary
Teton Village’s early-season calendar starts with Ski in Jeans Weekend, 4–6 December, featuring discounted lift tickets and complimentary events. Kids on Snow Weekend follows on 11–13 December, with complimentary lift tickets for children aged 12 and under throughout the weekend, plus village programming.
Glow Nights on 19 December will unveil the winter public art installation, accompanied by Champagne and sparklers. WinterFest runs from 21 December to 3 January, with ornament and cookie decorating, visits from Santa and the New Year’s Eve Glow Worm Parade.
Four Seasons’ previously announced holiday programme adds an Après Dome from 18 December, operating nightly from 3–7pm with Champagne, cocktails and light bites; private bookings are available. Our guide to Christmas in Jackson Hole covers the wider festive programme, including holiday dining and seasonal spa treatments.
The resort’s current stay offers include an Advance Purchase Offer with savings of up to 20 per cent. Book mountain tickets ahead too: Jackson Hole manages daily visitor capacity, and Ikon Pass and Mountain Collective passholders need lift reservations for the 2026–27 season.
