Best food & drink
1. Roast conch
Executive Chef Nigel Mitchel and his staff are dedicated to showcasing fresh native ingredients from island farmers and neighboring plantations that grow their produce primarily for the resort. Chef Nigel’s cooking renders stylish interpretations of traditional St. Lucian dishes, including roast conch with pickled vegetables served in a yam basket.

Dashene has a great cocktail list including the Dasheene Special with Lucian Rum, Blue Caracao, banana and coconut cream.
Relax
The best activity at the Ladera Resort is to simply sit, lay, bathe and unwind while the lightly scented tropical breeze washes over you and you drink in your unreal surroundings. It’s not every day you get to swim in the open air while the iconic Piton spires rise from the stunning Caribbean Sea right in front of you after all.
