Floor-to-ceiling windows frame Seoul’s skyline, while views from some suites take in historic Gyeongbokgung Palace. Inside Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, separate living rooms, generous bathrooms and details drawn from Korean silks and ceramics give the accommodation a residential feel. Nine floors above street level, the Korean Sauna has hot and cold baths, gold-mosaic sauna rooms and beds for an afternoon nap.
Four Seasons has announced a winter suite-stay offer built around these spaces, combining a reduced room rate for longer stays with a signature scented candle. The hotel said suite guests also receive Executive Club Lounge and Korean Sauna access as standard privileges. For travellers planning several days in the capital, it’s an appealing combination: cultural outings around Gwanghwamun, followed by time to bathe, rest and settle into a spacious city base.

A suite with space to slow down
The City-View Executive Suite offers 66 square metres on floors 11–21, with a separate living room and a dining table that doubles as a desk. Its white Italian-marble bathroom includes a view-facing tub for soaking, a shower with rainforest-style spray and a double vanity. Traditional Korean patterns, along with warm earth tones and Kingfisher glaze blue, bring local references into the interiors.
The Ambassador One-Bedroom Suite expands that arrangement to 115 square metres, with wrap-around windows overlooking the city and N Seoul Tower. A formal entrance foyer, dining table for four, personal bar with a sink and two bathrooms make it particularly suited to a longer stay, with room to spend time together and space to retreat.
The Sejong Two-Bedroom Suite occupies floors 27–28 and measures 206 square metres. Its serving pantry, separate office and dining table for six are useful for guests travelling together; the master bathroom has a freestanding oval soaking tub. Views extend towards Sejong Road and N Seoul Tower.
Bed and pillow preferences can be selected, and the winter experience includes a soothing pillow spray and eye mask at turndown.
Breakfast, afternoon tea and an evening above the city
The Executive Club Lounge gives suite guests somewhere to spend time beyond their rooms. Leather armchairs and sofas upholstered in tufted velvet sit beside floor-to-ceiling windows, with lounging and dining areas overlooking Seoul.
Breakfast is a hot buffet, followed by all-day refreshments, daily afternoon tea and evening cocktails with a light supper buffet. Complimentary garment pressing is another useful suite privilege, particularly for travellers combining their holiday with dinners or meetings.
Lounge allowances vary by suite. The City-View Executive Suite includes access for two adults and one child, with supplements for additional guests.
Korean bathing rituals on the ninth floor
The Korean Sauna is the most distinctive wellness inclusion. Dry and wet sauna rooms feature 18-carat gold mosaic tiles, alongside oversized cold, warm and hot baths. Reading and television lounges, separate men’s and women’s lounges, and beds for midday naps make this a space where guests can spend several hours.
Suite access is complimentary for two adults, and the minimum age is 14; a third adult needs to arrange access separately. The sauna opens from 5.30am to 10.30pm and closes on the fourth Tuesday of each month, a detail worth checking when planning a short visit.
A traditional Korean body scrub, known as seshin, can be added for KRW 60,000 for 30 minutes. The exfoliating ritual removes dead skin cells and is available Wednesday to Monday. Scrub appointments run from 9am to 9pm for women and 9am to 7pm for men, subject to change.
The wider hotel facilities offer more ways to spend a quiet morning: guests have complimentary access to an indoor lap pool, heated vitality pool and children’s plunge pool. The gym opens around the clock, while the pools operate from 5.30am to 10.30pm, with the final two hours reserved for adults.
A more personal approach to K-Wellness
The optional wellness experiences cover massage, skincare and personal styling, with separate charges for each. The concierge can help arrange a selection around the length of a stay and individual preferences.
The two-hour Gangyeong Ritual costs KRW 880,000. Inspired by Gangnyeongjeon, the king’s private chamber, it uses flowing, gentle massage techniques in a programme designed around relaxation and rest.
The Korean Skin Edit lasts 60–90 minutes and costs KRW 450,000–600,000. Four Seasons describes it as a personalised facial, with ingredients including PDRN and NMN selected according to the guest’s skin needs. The treatment is intended to leave skin calm, hydrated and refreshed.
Those two spa treatments include 10 per cent tax in their listed prices, with a KRW 20,000 supplement on weekends and public holidays. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid the full treatment charge.
The K-Personal Colour Program costs KRW 220,000. An individual colour assessment informs recommendations for clothing, accessories, eyewear, nails, make-up and hair. It’s a styling-focused addition for guests interested in bringing something practical home from their stay.
Gwanghwamun beyond the hotel
Gwanghwamun places the hotel close to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village and Cheonggyecheon Stream, giving a longer stay plenty of scope for cultural outings. The concierge can arrange walking tours and a visit to Changdeokgung Palace and its Secret Garden. Gwanghwamun Station is approximately three minutes away on foot.
Airport transfers can also be arranged. The hotel estimates a drive of around one hour and 20 minutes from Incheon International Airport, or one hour from Gimpo.
How to book the winter suite offer
Four Seasons calls the announced package Suite Getaway, while its online booking offer is titled Seoul Getaway – 15% Off. Both list a 15 per cent reduction on the room rate for stays of at least four nights, booked a minimum of 21 days in advance, together with one signature scented candle per stay.
The candle combines sandalwood, cedarwood and citrus, the hotel’s lobby fragrance. Executive Club Lounge access, complimentary Korean Sauna access, pressing services and valet parking are standard suite privileges rather than additional benefits created by the discount. Valet parking covers one vehicle registered to the suite.
The online offer is available on selected dates through 31 December 2028, subject to availability, blackout dates and restrictions. It is not valid alongside any other offer or contract, and groups are ineligible. Rates vary by arrival date and length of stay; check the final total for taxes and other mandatory charges, alongside the access allowances for your chosen suite.
Reservations can be made through the offer page or by calling +82 2 6388 5000. Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is at 97 Saemunan-ro, Jongno-gu.
