Stradom House Hotel & Spa in Kraków has introduced Her Solo Reset, a four-day wellness stay created for women who want to travel independently without joining a group retreat.
Available from 1 October to 30 November 2026, the experience combines scheduled treatments, yoga and cold-water therapy with practical support and unscheduled time. There are no communal itineraries or fixed departure dates, allowing each guest to decide how much of Kraków she wants to explore between appointments.
The stay is based at Stradom House Hotel & Spa, a 125-room luxury hotel occupying a restored 14th-century monastery and church complex between Wawel Castle and the historic Kazimierz district. Its central setting makes it possible to move between spa time and independent sightseeing without turning the break into a tightly managed tour.

What Her Solo Reset includes
The three-night stay places guests in a dedicated SÓL Room near the hotel’s spa. From there, they can reach their treatments wearing a robe and slippers, avoiding the main lobby—a thoughtful detail for a stay centred on privacy and rest.
Lavender pillow oil and a lavender mask add a sleep-focused touch to the room. Private return airport transfers, concierge services and late check-out until 2pm on the final day reduce some of the usual administration involved in travelling alone.
The package includes all meals during the stay, with three breakfasts and an equal number of lunches and dinners. The wellness menus focus on seasonal ingredients with sources of protein and fibre, supporting the programme without imposing a restrictive retreat diet.
Guests also receive a ticket to Wawel Castle, which stands a short walk from the hotel. The visit remains independent of any group excursion, so it can be planned around treatments or combined with time in Kraków’s Old Town.
The core inclusions are:
- Three nights in a dedicated SÓL Room
- All breakfasts, lunches and dinners during the stay
- Three SÓL wellness treatments
- Yoga and cold-water therapy
- Unlimited use of the pool, saunas and fitness facilities
- Private return airport transfers
- A ticket to Wawel Castle
- Concierge services
- Lavender pillow oil and a lavender mask
- Late check-out until 2pm on day four
A four-day programme with space to explore
Her Solo Reset follows a light structure instead of a full timetable. Each day contains one or two planned wellness elements, leaving open periods for sightseeing, reading over lunch or returning to the spa.
- Day one, arrive and unwind: A private airport transfer is followed by check-in to a SÓL Room, a SÓL Ceremony body scrub and yoga. Dinner is included, while the rest of the evening remains free.
- Day two, reset and recharge: The programme moves into recovery with a cold plunge and a two-hour Deep SÓL wellness experience. Guests can spend the remaining time inside the hotel or explore Kraków independently.
- Day three, restore and reconnect: A Sound Room experience and signature SÓL treatment set a slower pace. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included around a flexible daytime schedule.
- Day four, depart slowly: Guests have breakfast and lunch before checking out at 2pm, leaving time for a final swim, spa visit or walk nearby.
This format places Her Solo Reset between a traditional retreat and a self-planned city break. Treatments and transfers are arranged in advance, but guests retain control over their free time and do not need to socialise with a group.
SÓL Spa draws on Poland’s salt traditions
Located within Stradom House, SÓL Spa is inspired by Poland’s long history of salt mining and was developed with London-based holistic facialist Alexandra Soveral. Its treatments use plant-based products, organic aromatherapy oils and natural skincare ingredients.
The wellness offering includes relaxation spaces, a fully equipped fitness studio and an indoor pool measuring 20 metres, along with a steam room, hydromassage showers, a bio sauna and an infrared salt sauna. Unlimited access is included throughout Her Solo Reset, so the facilities remain available outside the scheduled sessions.
SÓL won the Hotel Wellness Zone category at Poland’s 2026 Spa & Wellness Awards, according to the hotel. It was also a finalist across several categories and received a nomination for Poland’s Best Hotel Spa 2026 at the World Spa Awards.
The dedicated SÓL Rooms make the spa feel closely integrated with the accommodation, rather than like a separate hotel amenity. Guests can begin with yoga or a swim, return to their room and decide how much of the day should remain unplanned.
Dining inside Stradom House
Beyond the wellness menus included in the package, Stradom House has several restaurants and bars for guests who want more choice without leaving the property.
Stradomska 12, recognised by the Michelin Guide, serves contemporary Polish cooking. Gaia offers Mediterranean-inspired dishes, while Bakehouse 14 provides a more relaxed setting. SÓL Bar sits close to the wellness facilities, and Hedwig’s Club occupies the dramatic former chapel.
The range gives solo guests different settings throughout the stay, from an informal daytime meal to an evening drink beneath the chapel’s historic architecture. It keeps the experience rooted in a city hotel, with a more flexible atmosphere than a secluded retreat.
Kraków remains part of the experience
Stradom House sits between two of central Kraków’s best-known areas. Wawel Castle is within easy walking distance, while Kazimierz offers historic streets, cafés and independent galleries south-east of the Old Town.
The hotel itself retains original masonry and ecclesiastical features alongside contemporary interiors. Guest rooms look towards Old Town streets or a green courtyard, creating a quieter base close to the city’s main cultural sights.
Stradom House also holds Green Key certification. The listed environmental measures cover waste reduction, the removal of single-use plastics, local product sourcing and the availability of electric-vehicle charging. Natural Alexandra Soveral cosmetics are used throughout the hotel and spa.
Solo travel without a group itinerary
The launch follows growing demand for travel experiences designed around women travelling independently. Intrepid reported that participation in its Women’s Expeditions rose by 32 per cent in 2025, with 77 per cent of guests joining alone.
Those figures relate specifically to Intrepid’s organised women-only group expeditions, rather than the solo travel market as a whole. Her Solo Reset takes a different approach by keeping accommodation and wellness sessions private while providing logistical support where it is most useful.
The package may suit first-time solo travellers who want transfers and appointments arranged in advance, as well as experienced travellers seeking a spa-led city break without a communal schedule.
Her Solo Reset is available for three-night stays between 1 October and 30 November 2026, subject to availability. Rates vary according to occupancy and demand, with live prices available through the Stradom House booking website.
