Best of all there’s never a bad time to visit. The resort benefits from a warm, summery climate year-round: September to February (Spring/Summer) the average temperature is 33°C/91°F and from March to August (Autumn/Winter) the average temperature is 31°C/88°F.

1. Wild scallops
One&Only Le Saint Géran’s celebrated steakhouse Prime, serves the finest Australian Angus Wagyu beef, fresh seafood and local produce incorporating open food preparation stations, impressive wine displays, and a ‘water courtyard’ seating area. As well as the Wagyu try the Atlantic wild scallops, coco “Mamzelle” and curry emulsion served with grandma-style potato chutney, saffron tuile, and a microgreen salad.
2. Seared spot tail bass
In the much-loved main restaurant, La Terrasse, chefs prepare a wide range
of delicious local and international specialities before your eyes in brand new open kitchen stations. At the same time, al fresco dining pavilions sits atop outdoor water features for a stunning open-air dining experience. Try the seared spot tail bass with cauliflower puree, capers and nut brown butter.
3. Mauritian barbecue
Beach-side eating takes a delicious turn at La Pointe Palm Grove venue, where the daily catch will be grilled over firewood for that authentic barbecue flavour, with an authentic ‘feet in sand’ atmosphere.
