Washed-oak floors, white travertine and kitchens with generous islands give Building Eva at Naples Beach Club a distinctly residential feel. Its largest suites have three bedrooms, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and full-size laundry facilities: useful comforts for families spending more than a few nights on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Four Seasons has announced the opening of the new accommodations today, 27 October, alongside FINS Club and the Teen Centre. Building Eva sits in Market Square, the resort’s gathering place for dining, shopping, wellness and entertainment, with a 27-seat cinema due to follow.
Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort opened in November 2025 on the site of the former Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club. The wider property occupies 125 acres in Old Naples, with 1,000 feet of white-sand beachfront.

Room to settle in
Building Eva has 22 guest rooms and suites, including 14 suites with one, two or three bedrooms. Designed by Champalimaud Design, the interiors combine warm woods, natural materials and soft textures with custom millwork, bespoke furniture and handcrafted cabinetry. The coastal palette carries through from the main hotel, with the rooms arranged for a more residential stay.
The suites have open living and dining spaces, generous kitchens and expansive terraces that extend the accommodation outdoors. Many overlook The Gardens, the Tom Fazio-designed golf course scheduled to open in early 2027; others look across the resort’s landscaped grounds and coastal architecture.
The largest three-bedroom configurations cover 2,700 square feet. Each has a full kitchen, a substantial island, indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, three-and-a-half marble bathrooms, and a full-size washer and dryer. Separate bedrooms give different generations space to retreat, while the shared rooms allow everyone to eat and spend time together.
The layout also suits a shorter trip where grandparents, parents and children want to share one accommodation.
Coastal discovery for children, space for teens
FINS Club, short for Fun in Naples Sunshine, is now open within Building Eva. Part of Four Seasons’ Kids For All Seasons programme, it is complimentary for children aged four to 12, with activities inspired by Southwest Florida’s coastal ecosystem.
Marine life, nature and environmental stewardship run through the programme. The Okay Hoya Explorers activities introduce ocean habitats and sea life, while the daily selection includes beach games, crafts, story time, treasure hunts, children’s yoga and racquet play.
The club’s open layout includes communal lounge seating, an arts-and-crafts area and a curtained stage for performances.
The Teen Centre has a quieter design, with earth tones, beanbag seating, computer stations and a library of games and books. Older children have their own place to spend time with peers, separate from the younger children’s activities and the family suite.
A rooftop pool and time at the spa
The Sanctuary sits nearby in Market Square, bringing a substantial wellness offering within reach of Building Eva. Across three levels, the 30,000-square-foot spa contains 13 treatment rooms, including three private suites for couples.
Its thermal circuit features an ice lounge and experiential showers, as well as steam rooms infused with aromatherapy, a Finnish sauna, a heated whirlpool and cooling elements. Both gender-specific and communal areas form part of the circuit.
A 75-foot outdoor lap pool occupies a secluded rooftop terrace overlooking the golf course, with loungers for time between treatments. The spa menu follows five elemental themes, Ocean, Sky, Plant, Air and Heat, with treatments including sea-salt exfoliation, seaweed wraps and oxygen-infused facials.
The resort’s fitness centre is open 24 hours and offers personal training and group classes, plus cardio and strength equipment and its own reformer Pilates studio.
Bowling, lobster rolls and a cinema to come
The Wager opened in Market Square on 15 October, adding a sports-focused gastropub to the neighbourhood around Building Eva. Indoor and outdoor seating surrounds a central bar, screens show live sport, and a covered terrace overlooks the putting course and The Gardens beyond.
The games offering includes a four-lane bowling alley, pool, foosball, table tennis, pinball and arcade games, alongside a putting course suitable for all ages. Families can gather here for dinner with several ways to spend time before or after eating.
The menu mixes pub favourites with coastal dishes. Beer-battered fish and chips, burgers and Buffalo chicken wings sit alongside a lobster roll with Tabasco aioli, fennel slaw and Old Bay chips. A lobster grain salad comes with barley, farro, avocado dressing in the green goddess style and marinated vegetables; dessert includes a warm skillet cookie with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
The Wager opens Thursday and Friday from 4–11pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 11am–11pm. A wood-panelled private dining room seats up to 40 guests and has its own terrace, giving larger family gatherings another option.
The Picture House will open next in Building Eva. The 27-seat theatre is intended for private events and celebrations, with upholstered seating, swivel tables, cup holders, and its own entrance, lobby and concession area.
Beach days and sunset dining
The Sunset Pool has shallow areas for splashing and zero-entry access, with cabanas and loungers around the water. Attendants provide food, drinks and towels, making it a convenient family base between other activities.
Children receive a personalised welcome gift and in-room amenities, while cribs, night lights and playpens are available on request. Children’s menus are offered across the resort, and children under five eat free.
Naples Trading Co. supplies barista coffee, pastries, juices, salads, sandwiches and picnic provisions in Market Square. Its café seating and takeaway options are useful for mornings when the family wants a quick breakfast or food to take out.
HB’s offers beachfront dining centred on seafood, local catch, raw-bar dishes and crudo. Sunset Bar serves tropical cocktails and Latin-inspired coastal food, including ceviche, guacamole, tostadas and tacos. Its evening sunset ritual includes the ceremonial blowing of a conch, maintaining a connection with the earlier property’s beachfront traditions.
