Tracking and technical set-up

I’m a firm believer in getting the basics right in order to build a strong foundation to grow from, and without getting your tracking set up properly you’ll never be able to scale your business. I don’t profess to be an expert here, although I do have a fair understanding and a lot of the back-end connecting I will probably be able to do myself, but I do have a very trusted technical contact who I work with who will be able to review your Google Ads account, see if any adjustments need to be made, and provide the work needed at a very reasonable rate (normally around £150). If no work is needed, then there’ll be no charge. I can’t emphasise enough how important making sure tracking is optimal for Google Ads for luxury travel brands is in order to get the best performance for your Google Ads, and even if you think it’s working it’s worth a review as to date, I haven’t found a brand that isn’t missing something.

Building the foundations

Performance Max campaigns can often be initially (and ongoing) most lucrative if set up properly, in tandem with a strong search campaign to support it and help it learn.

Most of Google Ads work is helping its AI learn so it can build a profile of who your customers are and go out and find more of them. Once you have consistent conversions coming through (and we know those conversions are accurate) then applying AI tools like target CPA or target ROAS become important and crucial to scaling.

Creative

Setting up the foundations for Google Ads for luxury travel brands includes getting the right creative in place, especially for those evergreen campaigns for you to build your account around. Once we’re getting good results from the more evergreen foundational campaigns then we can look at more seasonal and promotional narratives, and I can create an ad content plan normally for 3 to 6 months ahead so we can plan in what we need and set targets to aim for.
