Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort has transformed its adults-only Epilogue speakeasy into a haunted Florida library for Halloween. Open now, Epilogue: The Hidden Chapter runs on selected nights until Saturday, October 31, 2026.
The intimate, reservation-only experience runs on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, with seatings starting at 6pm. Each ticket costs USD 85 per person and covers two custom cocktails, and guests must purchase in advance because walk-ins are not accepted.
Set inside the luxury resort in Lake Buena Vista, Epilogue’s library theme suits an elegant Halloween escape. Its established library theme blends shelves of books, low lighting, plush seating and Art Deco influences, creating an atmospheric alternative to Orlando’s large-scale seasonal attractions.
For The Hidden Chapter, that setting becomes an old Florida library which has stood closed for decades but continues to attract mysterious visitors after dark. The story imagines ghostwriters gathering among its shelves, each waiting to complete the final chapter of an unfinished book.
Inside Epilogue: The Hidden Chapter
The seasonal design preserves Epilogue’s sophisticated identity. Cobwebs creep around candlelit antique books, while vines, moss and other foliage give the impression that the long-shuttered library is slowly being reclaimed.
Velvet and brass bring depth to the room, with enchanted details tucked into the bookcases for guests to discover throughout the evening. Themed menus and literary references extend the story beyond the decorations, maintaining the discreet, slightly theatrical character of the original speakeasy.
The experience is aimed at adults who want a polished Halloween night without leaving Four Seasons Resort Orlando. Limited seating keeps it small in scale, with the feel of an immersive cocktail lounge.
Epilogue’s original design has always leaned into storytelling. When the adults-only lounge opened in 2024, its menus resembled books and its cocktails drew on Florida’s agricultural heritage, historic characters and Prohibition-era drinking culture.
A media preview of that earlier concept also featured a secret code word, a hidden key and a concealed entrance. Cocktail presentations incorporated fire, smoke, edible clouds and distinctive glassware, giving Epilogue the feel of a complete evening experience.
Halloween cocktails inspired by Florida stories
The resort’s mixology team, led by Jaclyn Keogh, has created a limited-time menu connected to local folklore and historic locations. Several drinks use specialised techniques and theatrical presentations suited to the haunted-library setting.
The Ulele takes its name from a figure in Florida folklore associated by the resort with compassion and grace. Hendrick’s Oasium Gin, spirulina, Luxardo Herbal Liqueur, lemon and Ambrose mead are combined to create a vivid cocktail with fresh citrus flavours and an herbal finish.
The Painted Lady looks to the May-Stringer House in Brooksville, a historic Florida property surrounded by tales of paranormal activity. Its combination of sake, Lillet Blanc, almond elixir, Moody Bitters and palo santo creates an aromatic drink with floral notes and a gentle nutty richness.
Both cocktails fit naturally into The Hidden Chapter’s narrative and draw on Florida stories. The approach follows the original Epilogue menu, which launched with eight Florida-inspired speciality cocktails alongside five classics from the Prohibition era.
Two custom cocktails for each person come with the ticket. Guests should be aware that the current announcement does not list food as part of the package, although the original 2024 Epilogue ticket included gourmet bar snacks as well as drinks.

An adults-only evening at Four Seasons Orlando
Located within Walt Disney World Resort, Four Seasons Resort Orlando balances its family facilities with several quieter spaces designed for adults. Epilogue sits alongside Oasis, the lakeside infinity-edge pool reserved for guests aged 21 and older, as well as The Spa and two established dining options.
Capa Steakhouse occupies the resort’s 17th floor and serves Spanish-influenced cuisine, Florida seafood, small plates and grilled cuts. Its outdoor terrace has views of the nightly fireworks, making dinner there a practical option before an evening seating at Epilogue.
Ravello offers a more relaxed Italian menu centred on house-made pasta and wood-fired pizza. Families staying at the resort can also use the Saturday-night Explorer Island Takeover children’s programme, while babysitting can be arranged through the Concierge team.
