Edge Miami’s terrace overlooks Biscayne Bay and the Brickell skyline, on the seventh level of Four Seasons Hotel Miami. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows bring the city into view. On Thanksgiving, roasted turkey will join fresh seafood and hand-rolled sushi for the first of the restaurant’s three holiday brunches.

Four Seasons Hotel Miami has announced a festive programme running from Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day, with dining and celebrations open to hotel guests and Miami locals. Alongside Edge’s brunches are Peruvian-Japanese meals at NUNA and an Old Hollywood-inspired New Year’s Eve at Séptimo. Families staying at the hotel have another option for midnight: a countdown projected against its waterfall.

Holiday brunches with a bay view

Edge Miami’s contemporary American cooking provides the starting point for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day buffets. Each features made-to-order omelettes and desserts, alongside hand-rolled sushi, carving stations, salads and selections from the raw bar, making brunch a useful choice for a gathering with varied appetites.

Thanksgiving adds roasted turkey carved to order and premium meats, while Christmas Day includes a seasonal Christmas dessert selection. The dates and advertised prices are:

  • Thanksgiving: Thursday, 26 November 2026, US$175 per person.
  • Christmas Day: Friday, 25 December 2026, US$185 per person.
  • New Year’s Day: Friday, 1 January 2027, US$175 per person.

The hotel’s holiday brunch bookings include a choice of bottomless mimosas or Bloody Marys, with American coffee, iced tea and soft drinks also provided. Guests can also choose beverage upgrades. When booking for a larger group, factor in that tax and a 20% service charge are added to each advertised price.

Edge can cater to a range of food needs, among them gluten-free and vegan dining. When making a reservation, guests should tell the team about allergies or dietary needs; for specific requirements, they should contact the restaurant before visiting. Its regular dress code is casual, keeping the daytime celebrations relaxed.

A Nikkei Christmas at NUNA

NUNA brings Japanese culinary techniques together with Peruvian flavours, with cuisine created by Jaime Pesaque and a kitchen led by Chef de Cuisine Nazaev Esparza. Its indoor dining room and skyline-facing terrace offer another seventh-level setting for a festive meal, this time with an à la carte approach.

On Thanksgiving, 26 November, the restaurant will serve its signature menu alongside seasonal specials. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, 24 and 25 December, will feature signature dishes, sushi and festive additions designed for sharing. This is the option for a group keen to make Peruvian-Japanese cooking part of its holiday plans.

The regular menu gives a sense of that combination. NUNA Ceviche features scallops and crispy calamari alongside octopus and shrimp, dressed with rocoto leche de tigre. Tuna nigiri is accompanied by caviar, foie gras, yuzu kosho emulsion, chalaca and shoyu ponzu, while Arroz con Pato serves duck confit, kamo katsu, foie gras and shoyu egg yolk over cilantro rice.

Dessert follows the same cross-cultural approach: the regular matcha tart pairs a sablée crust and matcha fondant with passion fruit ice cream. The NUNA Sour combines pisco, sake, lime, sugar and egg white. These are examples of the restaurant’s usual cooking and drinks, rather than a fixed festive menu.

Two ways to spend New Year’s Eve at NUNA

NUNA’s 31 December dinner opens with culinary stations curated by the chef; afterward, guests are served their chosen entrée at the table. A DJ will provide music for the duration of the evening, with signature cocktails available and an optional beverage package.

The early dinner suits guests beginning their evening at NUNA before continuing their celebrations elsewhere. The late seating includes a Champagne toast and countdown to 2027, allowing dinner and midnight to take place at the same venue. Cocktail attire is encouraged, so this is an occasion to dress for the evening rather than follow the restaurant’s usual smart-casual approach.

Old Hollywood glamour at Séptimo

At Séptimo, screen-star portraits, velvet drapery and ambient lighting provide the setting for an Old Hollywood-inspired New Year’s Eve. Portraits of Marilyn Monroe and Clint Eastwood adorn the seventh-floor cocktail lounge, where the drinks programme takes inspiration from bartending traditions of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

The celebration runs from 8.30pm on Thursday, 31 December until 1am on New Year’s Day. Admission includes bottomless curated cocktails, music and a midnight Champagne toast. Guests can choose standing admission or a reserved table package, with the latter including premium Champagne selections and access to the evening’s beverage offerings.

A limited menu of bites will be available on request, so the programme is best suited to guests planning a cocktail-led evening. Cocktail attire is encouraged, and a hotel stay is not required to attend.

Séptimo’s regular signature drinks show the bar’s range: a beet-infused mezcal Negroni Sour, an Oyster Martini, and Tomato & Vine, made with olive-oil-infused vodka, tomato water and basil syrup. The New Year’s Eve programme will have its own curated cocktail offering.

Festive stays and a family countdown

Nutcracker-inspired décor, a holiday pastry display and seasonal amenities will extend the celebrations through the hotel. Children’s holiday activities, Santa Claus visits and festive movie nights are also planned, giving families reasons to spend time together beyond the dining table.

Hotel guests can use the complimentary lobby gift-wrapping service throughout the festive season. On New Year’s Eve, the family-friendly countdown takes place at Bahía, the hotel’s open-air poolside venue. It will include Champagne for adults, traditional midnight grapes and the countdown projected against the waterfall.

Between festive meals, the hotel’s two-acre rooftop deck offers a main pool, cabanas and over-water hammocks. The Palm Grove wading pool sits beneath 28 Royal Palm trees on the seventh floor. For travellers extending dinner into a stay, those poolside spaces add time outdoors to an itinerary centred on Brickell’s restaurants and evening celebrations.

Reservations and arrival

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is at 1435 Brickell Avenue. Holiday dining can be reserved through the individual restaurant pages or the hotel team, with the Concierge handling special requests.

NUNA offers complimentary valet parking for dining guests, with validation through the restaurant; its regular smart-casual dress code excludes beachwear and sportswear. Séptimo advertises validated valet parking at US$10. For group reservations at the cocktail lounge, contact +1 (305) 358-3535.
